This was a significant renovation and Kenny's trades were professional, knowledgeable, and did quality work. I was so impressed with the work being done on the interior that I also hired Kenny to replace my roof, and remove the dog house style dormers and replace them with a modern, sleek shed dormer. The house turned out beautifully and I have received complements from all who see it. Kenny provided a quote upfront, and stuck to the quote. I would like to thank Kenny F. for the outstanding job he did on a new home that we had him to build for us. I was looking for a honest contractor who was punctual and had integrity. I immediately found those attributes to be true with Mr. French. I showed my house plans to Kenny and ask for a proposal. He had a proposal for me within three days. His price was fair and broken down in simple terms where I had no problem understanding it. Kenny started my house and stuck to the budget that was written. There was always good communication and as problems came up, he would always call and together we would go through the issue together. Kenny was helpful and assisted us with parts of the project that we didn't understand. I would definitely recommend Mr. REMOVED for a new home project or remodeling of an existing home.

My wife and I purchased a 1960's era home that needed a full renovation. Contacted Kenny and had him come over and discuss our vision for the house, and the scope of the work. He had some suggestions and within a couple of days had provided us a quote. We had gotten quotes from 3 other firms in the area, but after talking to Kenny, he really seemed to be interested in our project and in the end, we decided to go with him. Best decision we ever made. This wasn't a total gut job, but major renovation, and Kenny worked with us every step of the way. He and his guys were all very easy to work with, and we never felt like we couldn't say something about a part of the project to any of them. As the project went on, we made changes to some things (add a closet here, enlarge a window there, etc) and while change orders understandably come with a cost, he was always understanding about us wanting the house to be exactly as we desired, and I feel like he was always fair with the cost. His workmanship was top notch, he showed up when he said he was going to, and kept us up to date on any changes to the schedule. I can't say enough for how happy we were with him and his company , and would highly recommend that anyone undertaking a project to contact these folks!
